I am a licensed trauma therapist with over 20 years of experience specializing in the treatment of individuals impacted by early childhood adversities, complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD), dissociative identity disorder (DID), and related conditions such as depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. My therapeutic focus is grounded in the belief that every individual has the capacity for healing, growth, and restoration. With extensive experience working with survivors of physical and emotional abuse, sexual assault, neglect, and highly structured forms of psychological trauma, including mind control techniques, I offer a trauma-informed, client-centered approach. This means I prioritize safety, collaboration, and respect for each client’s unique experiences and internal system. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can process and integrate their trauma, reconnect with their core identity, and reclaim agency in their lives. Treatment plans are developed collaboratively and tailored to address the specific needs of each individual, empowering them to move toward lasting healing and personal transformation.
Treatment Approach
As a trauma therapist specializing in complex PTSD (C-PTSD) and dissociative identity disorder (DID), my approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and rooted in both clinical excellence and spiritual discernment. I believe true healing requires more than managing symptoms, it requires a safe and structured environment where even the most fragmented parts of the self can find a voice, be understood, and experience restoration. I utilize a range of modalities tailored to the needs of each client, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), informed parts work, guided imagery, and somatic awareness. In addition, I have developed my own trauma treatment model: the Post-Traumatic Dissociation Integration Model (PTDIM). This model incorporates the Restorative Identity Integration Protocol (RIIP), which is designed to help clients access pre-trauma states, resolve core traumatic memory imprints, and restore internal harmony among dissociated parts. Many of my clients are survivors of early childhood abuse, organized or structured trauma, and long-standing dissociation. I provide a steady, compassionate presence and work collaboratively with clients to understand their inner systems, reduce internal conflict, and move toward deep, sustainable healing. For those who desire spiritually integrated care, I am able to incorporate Christian principles into the therapeutic process in a respectful and non-coercive manner. I believe in treating the whole person, mind, body, and spirit, honoring each individual's faith journey while offering sound clinical support. Healing from complex trauma and dissociation is not only possible, it is transformational. My role is to walk alongside each client with clarity, patience, and care as they reclaim their identity, restore internal connection, and move toward lasting peace.
