Welcome. I am a Registered Nurse, Registered Psychotherapist (Independent Practice), Registered Clinical Counsellor, Certified Nurse Psychotherapist, and Certified Trauma Therapist — and yes, that is an unusually long list. That breadth reflects how I practice: drawing on both nursing and psychotherapy to offer care that is grounded, warm, and genuinely person-centred. I have worked with many plural systems, and I bring that experience with both humility and respect. Every system is different. Every part matters. There is no pressure here to present, perform, or participate in any particular way — each part of you is welcome to engage on their own terms, in their own time, or simply to observe. You will not find an integration agenda in my work. What you will find is someone committed to scaffolding your system toward greater internal collaboration, communication, and peace — however that looks for you. My approach is narrative, trauma-informed, phased, and grounded in neuroscience. I do not arrive with a predetermined map of where you should end up. I am a proud member of the Romani Gypsy and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, and I believe that culture, identity, and lived experience are not incidental to care — they are central to it. You can expect experience, warmth, the occasional bit of humour, and above all, safety. All of you are welcome here.

Treatment Approach:
My practice integrates relational, narrative, and trauma-informed approaches, drawing on Narrative Therapy, Coherence Therapy, and Trauma Informed Stabilization Therapy (TIST) to support clients navigating complex trauma, plurality, dissociation, and identity. I work with a high level of clinical sophistication and directness, offering a queer-affirming, culturally aware, and anti-oppressive therapeutic space. Rather than applying a single fixed model, I work collaboratively with each client to understand how their history, culture, and relational patterns have shaped their experience, and to develop a preferred narrative that reflects who they are and who they want to become. I have particular expertise working with Complex PTSD, Dissociative Identity Disorder, and the intersection of trauma with sexuality, gender, and cultural identity. My approach is honest, boundaried, and relationally engaged — I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful instruments of change, and I bring that conviction into every session. For relationships, I work with all types of relationships, approaching this work from a narrative and emotionally focused standpoint, that is feminist, anti-oppressive and inclusive.
