I am a helper who walks alongside of my clients or community members in their journey of healing, recovery, and walking in wholeness. I will walk alongside you to facilitate healing processes and use the strengths which already are within you so you can be cared for in growth, healing, and comforting care. My work centres anti-oppression ways of doing, being and knowing: anti-racist, anti-sanest, anti-ableist, anti-homophobic, anti-transphobic, ways of being, doing and knowing. I am to provide trauma-informed care, support people with dissociative experiences and those who experience trauma and systemic oppression.

I welcome anyone who is working to process stress, trauma and life's happenings as well as their impact on mental wellness and wholeness. I would love to connect, get to know you and see if you feel I would be a good fit for you.
Everyone deserves to have space for the grief and complex feelings of experiencing life. Everyone deserves to be cherished and cared for amid stress and celebration.

Treatment Approach

I center the therapeutic relationship and the individuals felt safety in the process. I also know skills and insights from various different therapeutic modalities including EMDR, parts-work, narrative therapy, holistic counselling (Body, mind, emotions, relationships, spirit). I have learnt a lot about parts work from Compassionate Inquiry training and Institute for Creative Mindfulness training. I have lived experience and educational experience of dissociative experiences. I learn a lot from community, including Healing Together and other therapists\' who are systems. While I believe some insights can be gleaned from IFS, I have learnt in community there are often concerns about IFS and areas it may not align with systems\' needs. I prefer to center what community says is helpful beyond textbook-statements. Intersectionality focused: Identity and belonging are two foundational parts of our journey of wholeness, well-being and healing. I want to honour all parts of you as well as hold with care the things which make up your identity, experiences, ways of knowing, being and doing. Often in our emerging world of mental health awareness and support our society forgets to allow you to hold your boundaries in a healthy way, seeking information about your life you may not want to offer. Consent focused In our sessions, I hope to center consent and trauma informed way of knowing, being and doing so you feel comfortable to process the way which is safest for you, while also embracing the discomfort which may come with the process
