This life-changing journey inspired me to create a theater project for at-risk women and to share about my personal healing through an animated film short, telecasts and writings about recovery.

Treatment Approach:

A complex trauma and addiction therapist for 30+ years in New York (where I still have licensure), I am also a member of the Canadian Counseling & Psychotherapy Assoc. I provide trauma-informed psychodynamic therapy which incorporates PARTS work, Ericksonian hypnosis, coaching and offer creative, spiritual and holistic methods and resources that encourage regulation, integration and healing. I also collaborate with somatic and sensorimotor practitioners and incorporate group therapy and 12-step fellowship support when warranted.
