Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, EMDR trained

I value person-centered therapy and have a strong interest in expressive arts therapy including creative writing and art. Writing and art are just two of many ways to express yourself when you don’t quite feel safe enough to speak. We are also trained in sand tray therapy, which can be helpful in processing trauma. Trust takes time and so does feeling safe enough to allow me to join you on your healing journey, and that’s okay. Healing from trauma is a journey and you get to decide what healing looks like for you and I will be here to support you along the way.

My passion is to help guide others through their healing journey after trauma, with a focus on PTSD and dissociative disorders. I participate in the Healing Together conference for survivors, supporters, and clinicians which is hosted by An Infinite Mind each year (since 2018) and I am a contributor to Dr. Jamie Marich’s book, Dissociation Made Simple. I have been a presenter for Healing Together and the Plural Association and enjoy speaking about trauma and dissociative disorders. Additionally, I co-host the podcast, A Couple of Multiples: The Reality of Dissociative Identity Disorder to help spread awareness and provide education about living with a dissociative disorder.

I am a registered mental health counselor intern. I graduated summa cum laude from Hodges University with my Master’s in clinical mental health counseling and completed my basic EMDR training in 2023 with the Institute for Creative Mindfulness under Dr. Jamie Marich.
