Treatment Approach

My primary approach is relational. I truly believe that developing and building a relationship with you as a client, is very important for healing! I am trained in EMDR and will utilize with clients when appropriate. I do not utilize IFS for treatment and have built most of my approach from training from Jamie Marich.
