Rainier is an empathetic, driven, passionate human who provides high-quality therapy from ACT, EMDR, DBT, ERP, Brainspotting, self-compassion, and IFS models. I am also a yoga teacher and meditation instructor who always keeps clients in the loop about potential add-on treatments. Knowledge wins! **IFS is used to build community amongst a system and NOT for integration, demonizing, classifying, or anything around integrating/losing alters**
