Howdy!  I'm grateful and honored to be a part of this community.

A bit about me: I'm a career musician turned therapist after navigating my own trauma healing journey.  I specialize in complex trauma, generational trauma, dissociation, substance use, and working with misattributed parentage experiences (MPE).  I am a EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist, a level two certified clinical trauma professional, trauma conscious yoga provider, and extensively trained in parts work from a variety of trainings and approaches.  In particular, I have found the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), to be a particularly empowering and effective parts work model for those navigating dissociative experiences.  I am a certified CRM practitioner, consultant, and assistant trainer, as well as a certified ketamine assisted psychotherapist.

I am the founder of a mind/body wellness group practice called Alchemy Collective, where I specialize in offering one on one intensives and retreats.  Folks can choose to do their therapy work from either our downtown center or at a retreat space set on 10 acres in the Hill Country.  Our practice offers highly specialized trauma treatment and therapy with a team of dedicated psychotherapists, in addition to craniosacral therapy, acupuncture, energy work, sound healing, trauma conscious yoga, myofascial release, qi gong, and more.  We are passionate about treating the whole individual and seeing every single person who walks into our spaces as unique and brilliant, like a precious gem.
