I have over 20 years of experience providing therapy for women with DID and OSDD. I understand that treatment should be safe and individualized. All parts/alters/Inside People are welcome and not judged. I provide most services virtual/on-line, with office availability in Roswell, GA only once per month.
Treatment Approach
I offer virtual / on-line individual and group therapy for women with DID and OSDD. I utilize IFS primarily, with some somatic experiencing and DBT. I adapt IFS by utilizing Direct Access (talking directly with parts/alters/Inside People) and by replacing the concept of self with Self-Energy (self-compassion, curiosity. . .). I further augment IFS with coping skills (DBT) and use of \"safe-enough\" or \"comfortable\" place imageries.
