Andrew Listvinsky

Hi, I'm Andrew (he/him/his) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I provide in-person services to clients in San Diego county. Above all else I believe in adapting therapy to the needs of my client by drawing on models such as ACT, IFS, and CBT. I adopt an active therapeutic approach and understand the importance of providing a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and your system, at your own pace while continuing to progress towards your goals. Much of my therapeutic practice focuses on addressing thoughts and emotions, facilitating lifestyle adjustments, and fostering new perspectives on personal challenges. I also recognize that it can be important to slow down and recognize the weight of the pain we carry. For individuals with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) or Otherwise Specified Dissociative Disorder (OSDD), my aim is to create a welcoming environment for all parts or alters within your system and acknowledge the validity and importance of each part. Together, we can cultivate a healthy and collaborative relationship between members of your inner world. Once you feel prepared, we can address past traumas and work to enable you with the tools necessary to lead the life you desire.
