Hello, I am an LCSW who specializes with Autism, ADHD, and other neurodivergences. I also am open to working with anyone struggling with dissociation and/or trauma. I also work with kids and teens, as well as LGBTQ individuals of any kind. I am kink friendly, poly friendly, and pretty much "any counterculture  you identify with" friendly.

Personally I am nonbinary, late diagnosed AUDIHD, and identify as plural, but not DID. 

Methods I use- primarily I like to use somatic therapies/body centered therapies, mindfulness, trauma informed approaches, and expressive arts therapies.

I am aware of IFST and have used concepts from it in the past with clients, but do not use it with DID clients, unless a client is curious and wants to know about the basic psychoeducative concepts for their own research.   

I am located physically in Harrisburg Pennsylvania, but am licensed through all of PA and am happy to do in person or telehealth apointments.
