You may be someone who has struggled to find appropriate care and feel discouraged and uncertain, wondering if healing is possible. Therapy is a space where I can help untangle the complexities of your painful experiences in a way that makes your system feel deeply heard and cared for. My approach is warm, collaborative, creative, relational, and trauma-sensitive. 

The poet Walt Whitman once wrote, “I contain multitudes,” which seems to be especially fitting with DID/OSDD. We can acknowledge and explore these multitudes with compassion and curiosity in therapy, where nothing (and no one) is ever too much or too dark to bring in. I'm here to provide a safe, steady, and nurturing environment where we can foster healing together. Please see the treatment approach section for information about the types of therapy I use.

I engage in extensive research, consultation, and training, including with those who have lived DID/OSDD experience. 

The opportunity to pursue healing via counseling should be accessible, and those who can pay a full fee help make it possible for me to offer a reduced fee to those unable to access therapy otherwise. I don't accept insurance/EAPs but can provide superbills. All reduced fee spots are full at this time, but I will update my profile when that changes.
