You may be someone who has struggled to find appropriate care and feel discouraged and uncertain, wondering if healing is possible. Therapy is a space where I can help untangle the complexities of your painful experiences in a way that makes your system feel deeply heard and cared for. My approach is warm, collaborative, creative, relational, and trauma-sensitive.

The poet Walt Whitman once wrote, “I contain multitudes,” which seems to be especially fitting with DID/OSDD. We can acknowledge and explore these multitudes with compassion and curiosity in therapy, where nothing (and no one) is ever "too much" or “too dark." I'm here to provide a safe, steady, and nurturing environment where we can foster healing together. Please see the treatment approach section for information about the types of therapy I use.

Additional information:

I engage in extensive research, consultation, and training, including with those who have lived DID/OSDD experience.

I believe the opportunity to pursue healing via counseling should be accessible. That said, those who can pay full session fees help make it possible for me to offer a reduced fee option to those who might not be able to access services otherwise. Please reach out with any questions.

**I do not have any availability for new clients at this time, but I will update my profile when that changes.**

Treatment Approach

Therapies I use include Ego State Therapy (a type of parts work), EMDR (when appropriate and always dissociation-informed), Somatic Therapy (body-based techniques), and DBT (when skills could be helpful) in addition to elements of Sand Tray Therapy (especially when it's hard to find words) and Play Therapy (for children and littles). I also incorporate art, creativity, and movement into the healing process per your preference.
