Treatment Approach
Ego State Therapy is a modality that (essentially) does group therapy with multiple identities to repair attachment wounds that keep identities stuck in cycles of pain. The goal is to unburden the identities so they can act in the roles they wish to, rather than the roles trauma forced them to. This method is useable with Autistic clients/clients with Autism and clients with ADHD.
