Leigh Ann specializes in the treatment of co-occurring complex trauma, dissociative disorders (DID/OSDD), and eating disorders. She is the primary eating disorder treatment provider at Trauma and Beyond Psychological Center in Sherman Oaks, CA, and has a private practice for individuals. She is a member of the ISSTD Special Interest Group on Eating Disorders, and the Association for Eating Disorders Special Interest Group on Trauma. Her background includes work as a program manager and residential therapist for Reasons Eating
Disorder Treatment Center, and providing therapy for survivors of sexual abuse, intimate partner violence, and commercial sexual exploitation/trafficking in a variety of settings.

I'm, trained in the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM) have a warm, direct style.
I believe all our nervous systems need healing and restoration after experiences that leave us flooded, unsafe, or disconnected. Whatever you are going through, you'll find a nonjudgmental, supportive space in our work.
I also work to create a safe and affirming therapy space for everyone, including folks who identify as BIPOC and LBGTQ+.
For clients struggling with disordered eating, I use a Intuitive Eating, Health at Every Size (HAES) approach.
