My specialty is supporting adults who are healing from the complex and lasting effects of childhood trauma. I work with plural systems and all dissociative adaptations, including DID, OSDD, and DPDR. I am available to meet either in person in Beacon, NY, or online. It is my privilege to offer a supportive, attuned space. Your system, its relationships, and your inner worlds are met with honesty, curiosity, and respect. Together, we hold experiences, feelings, and concerns—even when they feel confusing, contradictory, or hard to make sense of—with care and compassion. Our work unfolds within a collaborative therapeutic relationship that is co-created over time, guided by your system’s needs, pace, and sense of safety. I help systems make meaning of abusive childhood experiences while navigating present-day life challenges. My approach is collaborative and non-pathologizing, honoring dissociation as a wise and adaptive response to trauma. I draw from psychodynamic, relational, somatic, and trauma-focused psychotherapy, tailoring our work to support stabilization, internal communication, cooperation, and healing. I approach this work with transparency, humility, and an ongoing commitment to learning. My approach is informed by both lived experience and continued professional growth through advanced training, consultation, and communities of shared learning. Most importantly, the work is guided by our collaboration and by the pace of your healing process.
