I offer support informed by both professional and lived experience with dissociation and complex trauma. My work centers on a compassionate, collaborative relationship where curiosity, respect, and education guide the process. Together we get curious about the ways you’ve learned to navigate the world. I aim to create a space where all facets of your experience are welcome and where your autonomy guides the pace and direction of our work. One way I support this is by sharing resources created by others with lived experience, so you have access to a range of perspectives and, if you’d like, opportunities for connection and community.

In our work together, my approach is relational, trauma-competent, and grounded in harm reduction and restorative values. As a neurodivergent and queer social worker, I am attentive to how systemic harm and unequal access to safety and resources shape our body-brains, influencing how we adapt, survive, and relate to others. I strive to practice in ways that move beyond stigmatizing models of care, supporting your dissociative abilities so you can build greater understanding, authenticity, and more connected ways of living in functional multiplicity. I look forward to getting to know you(s)!

Treatment Approach

I utilize EMDR as well as Relational, Somatic, and Psychoeducational approaches. I also pull from various parts frameworks, including IFS, but I do not follow any approach as a tightly scripted model. I do not assume a singular “Self” or impose a spiritual narrative. I acknowledge the harm IFS has caused in the dissociative community, which includes myself. My work honors each system’s unique identities and relationships, using concepts when helpful, without assuming a one-size-fits-all model. What I appreciate about IFS is its focus on witnessing memories held by parts while supporting the self—or selves—that experienced them.
